Description:
  • Receiving and reviewing Requests for quotation (RFQs)
  • Record the inquiry in the database.
  • Study and Propose Technical solutions based on received Drawing and Specification.
  • Negotiate suppliers to get the best offers.
  • Prepare a comparison sheet of related suppliers’ offers.
  • Issue technical and commercial submitter s for tenders before closing dates.
  • Response to customer clarification if any and follow-up technical queries.
  • Support Department manager to Prepare Win / Loss reports
  • Manage the inquiry log sheet.
  • Continues to maintain the technical department database.
  • Prepare and continuously update the Vendor/Customer sheet.
  • Continuous study for technical data to be up to date with the latest products
  • Assist in performing the full cycle of the quotation, submitter, PO release, PO delivery, payment with the client, and the company procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Previous proven experience in the field of Construction.
  • MEP Tender Engineers are welcome to apply.
  • 6+ years of experience is needed.
  • Very good analytical skills.
  • Very good communication skills.
