Client Relations Manager

Client Relations Manager Vacancy :

• We are looking for a Client Relations Manager to work Full time From his Home.
• To create and manage advertising and media production projects with clients.
• He will resolve any issues that arise to ensure customers are satisfied with our services and also will be responsible of the coordination and management of the ongoing projects from the negotiation process until the delivery of the project to the client.

Key responsibilities :

• Client communications, from initial e-mails to determine the scope of the project and the client’s needs and expectations until receiving client feedback on deliverables
• Segregate duties of the project among the team members
• Throughout the project life cycle, Monitor the project progress and insure on time project deliverables
• Building long-term relationships with key clients.
• Answer client’s inquiries regarding prices and services rendered by the company
• Update the accounting team with the projects initiated
• Coordinate with the accounting team in issuing invoices and quotations to clients
• Monitor the project progress from the negotiation process until finishing the project
• Collect customers feedback about projects completed
