Description:	Participate in setting goals and main plans for the management of supplies in general and warehouses in particular. Responsible for planning and executive programs for the stores, which ultimately lead to achieving the main objectives of the institution. Good planning for the warehouse and providing a suitable environment for storage. Defining and setting goals / a performance measure for each job and keeping track of the verified ones first, along with setting up qualification programs to raise and improve results. Preparing weekly reports on stagnant or slow-moving items and suggesting ways to dispose of them. Preparing warehouse standard operating procedures and following up their implementation with high efficiency after final approval. Responsible for following up the implementation of the plans and objectives for warehouse management and ensuring the efficient application of procedures within the warehouse to achieve the company’s monthly goals and performance measures.185
