Job Purpose:

The Senior UX/UI Designer is responsible for creating visually stunning, engaging, and, above all, usable product experiences for high-profile clients. Must demonstrate strategic design-thinking principles to help us create performant, next-level user interface solutions across desktop, tablet, and mobile products. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with clients to analyze business goals and requirements and translate them into innovative concepts and solutions to meet or exceed those goals.
  • Ability to rapidly design and communicate rough ideas through sketches and white-boarding sessions.
  • Take direction and/or lead the creation of design concepts to demonstrate a holistic vision.
  • Present design concepts and be able to communicate the design rationale behind creative decisions to peers, managers, and clients.
  • Contribute to and participate in user research, reviews, and evaluations to identify issues and provide creative solutions, iteratively.
  • Translate user research, market research, and live-site analytics into design concepts that meet or exceed the client’s KPIs.
  • Embrace and help grow Inetum’s vision of innovation and teamwork.
Qualifications:
  • Experience leading projects for digital media experiences (web, mobile, apps, etc.) using user-centered design practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Information Design, Human Factors, or equivalent work experience
  • Experience creating wireframes, page flows, site maps and related design documentation.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills and the ability to be a self-starter.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills including excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and follow-through on completion of tasks.
  • Excellent time-management skills, including the ability to work on concurrent projects and quickly prioritize competing tasks and responsibilities.
  • Proficiency with Figma, Photoshop, Webflow, Adobe XD, Zeplin or other UX-design applications for generating design deliverables.
  • Ability to follow and adapt existing brand style guides and established design systems (e.g., Material Design, Fluent Design) for design consistency and cohesion.
  • Demonstrated ability to design responsive experiences.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
  • User Research experience.
  • Fluent Design experience.
  • Front-end development knowledge and a willingness to learn is a plus.
