ABAP

Job Duties:

• Analyze business needs and identify effective, potential technical solutions.
• Responsible for conducting effective requirement review sessions and application design sessions along with ABP with cross-functional teams.
• Provide ABAP efforts estimation for work development.
• Conduct defect analysis and perform necessary fixes and enhancements.
• Provide solutions to improve upon or resolve problems with SAP software applications.
• Design, develop, test, and implement custom transactions, interfaces, reports, and user exits using the full range of the SAP toolset – ABAP, Web Dynpro, SAP Web UI, Workflow, Portals, PI, web services.
• Provide knowledge transfer on current technologies and application design methodologies to junior level staff and stakeholders.
• Represents the company in new technology planning and takes lead in assessing emerging technologies.
• Responsible for developing and maintaining  WRICEFs functional & Technical specification document (workflow, reports, interfaces, conversion, enhancements, forms) for current SAP Implementation, SAP Enhancement/Upgrade, and SAP Support projects.
• Troubleshoot production problems in a timely manner and recommend process improvements to achieve project goals.
• Provide technical and functional guidance and knowledge transfer to the application team.
• Collaborate with functional owners, architects, and other personnel to develop dynamic and flexible systems to meet emerging demands.
• Responsible for unit testing of ABAP programs along with ABP, understanding and documenting the current enhancement.
• Maintain and update existing program codes as needed.

Profile Specifications:

• ITI Graduate is preferable 
• 3-5 years of experience with SAP/ABAP Development
• Application Design/Integration Development with other SAP/Non-SAP Products or 3rd Party tools
