Description:
  • Monitor Staff Compliance with lab policies & Procedures
  • Monitor Staff Compliance with proper documentation 
  • Conduct staff Orientation &in-service Training 
  • collaborate in developing polices , manuals, tools, protocols, logs & checklists
  • perform data collection and analysis and improvement projects
  • manage and handle NCRs 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree of Medicine / Science 
  • Experience in Relevant position in ISO 15189 accredited
  • Experience in the technical work of the lab in different disciplines (auto analyzers, Manual,…… etc)
  • Can travel and work outside Cairo for few days
  • Good conduct in English and Office Skills (Word – Excel – Power point)
