Description:	Meet and exceed monthly sales targets Develop new business leads with maximized conversion rates Get in contact with all provided leads by company within a timely manner and fill in CRM appropriately Conduct proper sales follow up in order to maximize sales conversions Assist clients with making the right considerations by presenting the most suitable solutions. Generate and share comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance, mission- related objectives, and deadlines Set-up meetings whether inside the office or outside and fill in meeting reports regularly Provide quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer ienquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints While coordinating with the processing team, follow up with clients regarding anything related to their files until the file is completed and ready to be sent to the concerned Government Collaborate with reporting managers to provide a world-class client service during the entire application process  Attend internal and external meetings as required Identify new business opportunities and new markets
Qualifications:	Previous experience in sales is preferred
