Description:	Manage the work flow and job scheduling to ensure profitability and service quality. Work with vendors and parts suppliers to ensure quality and price competitiveness Analyze financial data on weekly/monthly basis, within that be involved with the creation of the budget Help maintain shop equipment and ensure proper equipment is present within shop Maintain high levels of service within shop Manage the work flow and job scheduling to ensure profitability and service quality. Develop external business relationships generating business for the Car Care facility and enhancing the facility image in the community. Prepare weekly and monthly reports on the operations of the Car Care facility for review by management Responsible for managing the store, accurate cash balances, employee schedules and training, quality service, cleanliness, coverage of duties, problem solving, maintaining and cleaning equipment, customer and employee retention. Perform vehicle preparation Be responsible for the look and experience of the car wash from the customer’s perspective Assist technicians with jobs as needed
Qualifications:	5 experience in the automotive industry, or equivalent, including 3 years in a management role Neat, professional appearance High level of commitment to customer service Committed and dedicated Dependability
