Description:	Attends at the customer’s site according to schedules and performs the required work. This includes identification of malfunctions, repairing, replacing, and checking its performance after maintenance. Implementation of preventive maintenance programs. Helps in the installation of any new printing machine under the supervision of his managers. Prepares the service report and gets the customer’s approval. Adheres to safety regulations and procedures and uses safety equipment properly when performing his fieldwork. Collects the inspection and repairing costs from customers as assigned. Providing technical advice Coordinates with the customer service team his work schedule.
Qualifications:	At least one year of experience in the printing field Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. From 1-2 years of experience. Fluent English Skills in developing technical reports Good communication & presentation skills. Males only.
