Description: A. Accountabilities:
  • Handle and Responsible for IT Infrastructure related to assigned project/client
  • Analyze Infrastructure Project requirements for clients and established a service IT
  • Responsible to lead the project team for client services for hardware and software support.
  • Responsible for Infrastructure Team for new business setups and Service Mgt.
  • Manage IT Support services through structured Service Mgt. strategies
  • Audit and monitor the IT Links as per SLAs. 
  • Planned, Designed, and implemented Disaster Recovery Centre 
B. Qualifications:
  • Proven Experience in IT Project Management Domain managing large teams
  • Technical Sounds related to technologies :Infrastructure – Active Directory – Exchange – Cisco 
  • Excellent Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Well driven experience at OLA’S – SLA’S- Project Budgeting / Planning
  • Excellent Technical Infrastructure Experience/ System integrators industry
  • IT Project Management /Fuel Automation is a plus
  • Male, Arabic native speaker, resident in KSA – Eastern Province and has transferable residency
C. Certifications:
  • PMP Certified/ Agile Methodology / PMP reports
  • ITIL certification is a Plus
D. Education / Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent Discipline
E. Experience:
  • 7-10 +/- Years working experience in the same role
