Description: Job Summary: The Logistics Support Specialist is responsible for planning, directing, coordinating and supervising all logistics services, and transportation, movement, and supply systems, as well as directing daily operations of Saudi Siaj Perfumes in all branches.The Logistics Specialist responsibilities:Following up on the branch orders
  • Communicating with the Sales Manager/ Sales Supervisor.
  • Reviewing and verifying the branch orders.
  • Supervising the processing and packaging of branch orders according to protocol.
  • Ensuring that the branch receives the orders properly and documenting and amending any deficiency or error.
Following up on shipments inside and outside the Kingdom
  • Following up with the customs broker, following up on the shipment until it reaches the warehouse in Riyadh and then Dubai, and coordinating shipments and arrival times.
  • Policy issuance.
  • Customs – periodically following up on customs regulations and procedures.
  • Following up with customs on shipments stuck at the port and airport until they are cleared, and visiting the airport or port when needed.
  • Registering products in the eCosma System.
  • Coordinating the registration of new products prior to shipment with the Dubai office and Purchasing Officer.
  • Communicating with internal shipping companies regarding billing and shipping.
Warehouse tasks
  • Supervising the cleanliness, quality of refrigeration, and organizing work in the warehouse according to protocol.
  • Supervising the damaged products files.
  • Supervising the files and archives and ensuring that there is an organized and coordinated archive for each of the following:
  • Receipts from branches in the office.
  • Reports of the damaged products.
  • Employee gifts/personal use.
The system:
  • Issuing reports.
  • Issuing reports from the system regarding sales and others.
  • Registering products and suppliers.
The carriage
  • Managing the carriage operation.
  • Supervising the company’s delivery representative.
  • Following up on the carriage in case of damage and repair it.
Qualifications:
  • Years of experience = from two years to one year
  • It is preferable to have a car with him
