Description:	Develop effective forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns for Milk, Yogurt, Creams and Juice Categories. Organizing & Leading a monthly meeting with Category managers & Sales heads to align the sales input & proposed promotions calendar & activities. Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy. Working with Category managers & Sales in depletion of slow-moving stocks to liquidate stocks affecting inventory value. Participate in the sales review meeting where all sales regional managers present their market & sales updates, market opportunities & challenges. Lead & Prepare data and graphs for the monthly pre-S&OP meeting with cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain) within applicable value streams; drives action log as result of meeting. Prepare & Facilitate the Executive S&OP template for management review on monthly basis.
Qualifications:	4-6 years demand, category, franchise planning experience. High preference to dairy and juice categories experience Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline Excellent knowledge of data and trends analytics (using Excel)
