1. Follow up phone call customers. Customer relation management (CRM)
2. Receive visits of customers in showrooms.
3. Listen to the customer needs.
4. Present the car to the customer
5. Make a test drive with the customers
6. fill a visit from & test drive form
7. Follow up the customers using CRM program. (Customer relation management) (if he didn’t book the car)
8. Negotiate (car type, colors, delivery date, price, ELCC…)
9. Make an reservation form in the customer file & Make an order in CRM program

      10 . Call customer when car allocated to when delivery is due

• Make a check list for the car before delivery
• Deliver the car
• Follow up within two days
• Close invoice in CRM
• Follow up the bank rep. to collect bank checks.
