Social Media Specialist – Real Estate

About the Job:

• Participate in building and executing digital marketing strategy through competitive research, platform determination, bench marking, messaging and audience identification.
• Generate, edit and publish social media ads.
• Monitoring and tracking of social media accounts and manage the company & website and online channels (twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
• Respond to any customer issue that comes through social media channels.
• Stay current with social media trends and best practices.
• Research opportunities for new social marketing platforms.
• Can manage Facebook ads and google Ad words campaign.
• Create Report for social media presence performance using multiple specialized tools.
• Manage social media day-to- day activities.
• Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules

Job Requirements:

• Graduate with 2-4 years of previous experience in a similar marketing role.
• Real Estate experience is a must.
• Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
• Creative marketing skills & ability to think out of the box.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• High level of customer service skills.
