Parsons creates interconnected communities and world-class infrastructure.Duties and Responsibilities: Review construction documents and highlight any design discrepancies from standards/ best practice/ systems suitability. Conceive/ review earthworks, roads, and utilities solutions for the development of new areas within the Free Zones. Work with PMCM and Construction Supervision consultants working for the client on its projects and manage their technical work input/ deliverables. Offer technical advice on buildability and value engineering solutions. Work with consultants from Free Zone investors to review earthworks, roads, drainage networks and water supply systems/ solutions proposed. Ensure that the consultants and the contractors coordinate with all concerned authorities’ departments and ensure that their requirements are adequately and satisfactorily incorporated. Participate where needed in authorities interfacing to facilitate process, suggest intermediate solutions.
