Description:	Job SummaryAssisting JM-Production and supervision of Premixes Feed Mill operations, in line with production plan within budgeted cost and ensuring quality as per defined standards. Key Responsibility Areas Assisting Junior Manager in managing production, Operating & Delivery of F.G. as per Production schedule in co-ordination with Supply chain & Q.A team for Premix and feed Plant. Able to run Wincos or scada software. Run Oracle all tools. Suggest improvement in machine output i.e in accordance with a list of manufacturing KPIs, efficiency including OEE by making sure availability of all resources and fixing all operational constraints. Ensure implementation of daily maintenance of equipment’s by operators/Mechanics and release machines for planned preventive maintenance and Minimize Breakdown. Strict adherence to process quality standards to reduce market complaints. Inspect plant and to ensure that hygienic conditions are maintained in the plant premises.
