| Description: | Job Objective: Responsible for installation, management and troubleshooting of communications network cables, hardware / software and security surveillance systems. Responsibilities: • Installation, management and troubleshooting of Network Cables, IP Cameras and Security Access points. • Provide help desk support for all end user requests related to computer systems and networking. • Network Cable Installation, Management and Trouble Shooting • IP Camera Support, Installation and 1st level management • Security Access Point Installation (Turnstile, Access Control, Security Access)• Turnstile Support and Management • IT Passive Component Installation and Configuration (Server Cabinet, Network Cabinet) • Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications. • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks. • Diagnose and troubleshoot system & network problems and hardware / software faults. Ensure that diagrams and written instructions are followed in the system set ups and repairs. • Set up new user accounts and profiles and deal with password issues as needed.• Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment • Provide support for roll-out of new applications including procedural documentation and relevant reports. • Provide IT electrical support • Ensure that end user supports are completed within agreed time limits. |
