| Description: | – Responsible for receiving of all kinds of materials (local & foreign) in designated warehouse location.- Responsible for the tractability of materials, by providing proper information (Bar Code Sticker, etc) on materials with arrival dates and PO number details. Proper implementation of Barcode labels in each items.- Monitor and ensure that the right materials are being used and issued to the production at the right time.- Responsible for providing the issuance of BOM to storekeeper immediately after physical issuance of materials.- Responsible for safe handling of materials and safety of people working at store.- Responsible for retrieving materials, issuance request from system for indirect materials and issue them.- Physical inspection and quantity verification and report the discrepancy if any. |
