Description:
  • Sourcing potential Phases of candidates through online and offline channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks.).
  • Sourcing Potential Phases of candidates through his own sourcing activities (Location visits, outdoor sourcing activities).
  • Create and implement training plans.
  • Designing and implementing a variety of developmental initiatives, action plans, programs, and training materials.
  • Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions.
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
  • Dealing with recruitment agencies and outsources.
Qualifications:
  • Min. 2 years of experience in the recruitment field specializing in mass hiring.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
