Description: To provide industry-leading levels of aftermarket product support and customer satisfaction, whilst maximising profitability of Service and Parts operations. You will build a team to provide the highest levels of product support and customer satisfaction, whilst maximising departmental sales and profitability. Key Accountabilities
  • Development of aftersales business to achieve or exceed budget levels of sales and margin.
  • Provide industry-leading levels of customer, product and technical support in the areas of Service & Parts regional operations.
  • Establish and lead a regional aftermarket sales team dedicated to business development.
  • Ensure correct levels of staffing and competence to deliver the required levels of customer and product support.
  • Identification of, and recommendations for, network development within area of responsibility
  • Ensure Service & Workshop operations adhere to all Company and statutory processes, procedures and guidelines.
  • Ensure Parts & Warehouse operations adhere to all Company and statutory processes, procedures and guidelines.
