Description:
  • Responsible for managing all fleet supervisors and drivers within the equipment section.
  • Reviews work orders, assigns tasks to employees, and verifies the quality of work performed.
  • Develop a strategy for decreasing vehicle cost
  • Encourage driver’s to create the most efficient routes
  • Create reports of driver’s effectiveness
  • Follow all vehicle regulations and laws
  • Produce all the needed reports and analysis for current and future purposes.
  • Monitoring fleet preventive maintenance, major repairs, and parts inventory.
  • Participates in hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management decisions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Males only
  • Experience 7-10 years.
  • Team, time, and resources management skills.
  • Great organizational skills
  • Excellent user for MS Office and internet.
  • NB: The work location will be at Behira Governorate.
