Description:	Managing the day-to-day operations of packaging to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures Organize and schedule packing of products and maintain all packing orders in compliance with packaging schedules. Review and prioritize production orders or schedules for more than 140 SKU data such as types, quantities, and specifications of products and scheduled delivery dates in order to plan section operations. Achieving the best machines utilization to match the production schedule with the production lines capacity versus packing machines capabilities. Monitor inventory for all packaging raw materials, consumables operating items and transit finished goods to maintain records of all physical transactions. Ensure effective Operation of packaging machinery to avoid any losses. Manage daily meeting with packing team and participate in daily meeting with Quality, production, and maintenance sections to discuss last output and any future plans. Keeping running machinery assets in best conditions to achieve the production schedule. Analyse and determine any deviation to packaging standards and ensure compliance to all packaging specifications. Inspects machines and equipment to ensure specific operational performance and optimum utilization.
Qualifications:	Bachelor’s degree in engineering. 8-10 years of relevant experience in a similar role with at least 3 years of packaging experience.
