Description:	The ideal candidate is a mid-career design engineer with experience working both independently and with multidiscipline teams in developing, monitoring, and adhering to the design, budget, and schedule for assigned roadway construction projects, providing technical assistance from initial scoping through construction support, and addressing design engineering issues with a wide range of external contacts. Reports to the Senior Resident Engineer.
Qualifications:	Minimum of 14 years post graduate experience with experience in major infrastructure projects or programmes; preference will be given to roads, aviation, structures or rail related experience Relevant Professional membership Demonstrable track record in the delivery of large multidisciplinary projects In-depth knowledge of project controls procedures University degree from a recognised university in an appropriate field such as Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or Construction Management or equivalent Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken Driver’s Licensee Preference will be given to PMP qualified or equivalent professionals Arabic Language skills and Master’s Degree in relevant field is desirable. Experience of working in Qatar and / or the Gulf region is mandatory.
