| Description: | supervise project planning and execution • To monitor and progressively improve the expected profit margin for the company • Be responsible for the logistical organization of the company • Be responsible for the technical organization of the head office (Technical Office, Projects Control, Execution Department, Transport Department, Stores, Procurement, Administration Department) • Provide advice and leadership on plant & equipment procurement/purchase • Manage and train the technical team (head office and site based) • Take an active part in the business development function to win new work & clients • Active participation in the search for cost savings relating to operational overheads & implement solutions to improve company productivity • Supervision of the tender department (quotations) & work closely with the engineer in charge of tenders & pre- contract operations, offering advice & guidance & approving all tenders before submission. • Supervision of new property development projects from study stage (cost, architectural, environmental etc.) to the execution & completion on site. Preparing, scheduling and coordinating engineering projects. Channel quality control, established practices and quality assurance policies. Interact on a daily basis with clients to explain their needs and requirements. Quality control, standards and specifications required by the project. Monitor work and schedule schedule, plans and staff performance and report on project status. Defining and distributing responsibilities to the work team within the project. Collaborate and communicate with the project manager and departments to provide technical assistance. Follow up on achievements and set delivery dates.
