• This position requires strong interior design / furniture specification and leadership / administration experience.

The purpose of the position

• Manage a team of interior designers of different experiences and backgrounds on a project scope ranging from hospitality to corporate, retail and residential projects. A Senior Designer will also contribute to the practice’s library of resources, materials and references in all fields of Interior Designing

Duties and Responsibilities

• Conceiving and implementing concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and oversee them to completion
• Collaborating with Key Account Executive to get the full knowledge required for the client requirements
• Directing and motivating teams of Interior Designers to help them use their talents effectively
• Leading the brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas
• Revising content and/or presentations before sending to client
• Approving and rejecting the ideas, providing a feedback to the team
• Ensuring that the designer’s work is delivered on time, with the quality required, and within the budget
• Creating 3D/2D models and approve it by the direct manager
• Creating all interior design services from design to implementation
• Participate during all phases of project delivery
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans
• Interface with client, contractor, agencies, as well as engineering and specialty consultants
• Participating in firm marketing, proposal writing and project interviews
• Monitoring and advising the selection of appropriate materials process for the project

• +6 years of experience, licensed in interior design or architecture
• MS Office – Photoshop – Illustrator – InDesign skills required – Revit
• Proficiency in AutoCAD – 3DMax – V-Ray or corona
• Lumion is a plus
• Experience and vision of how to build a better team structure internally
• Proven creative background
• Bachelor’s or College Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• Excellent presentation skills
• Have client facing experienced
• Strong Leadership, Coaching and Managing a team skills is a must
• Experience in Furniture Specification and bidding analysis – knowledge
