Description:	Develops sales plan that add value to the achievement of the company’s goals and objectives. Design and implement all Sales strategies and activities and ensure adherence to all project requirements. Develop and implement plans to reach a large base of clients in an efficient and sustainable way. Ensure all sales projects are delivered in line with plans, budgets, and quality expected. Propose company services that best meet the potential client’s business needs. Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, develop and negotiate contracts in collaboration with the legal team as well as integrate contract requirements with business operations. Protects organization’s value by keeping the information confidential. Developing effective sales plans using a suitable sales methodology. Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs. Develop and execute marketing programs to promote the company’s brand.
Qualifications:	Any related Bachelor’s degree where Engineering is preferred. 10-15 years of experience in sales in steel structures. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Excellent command of spoken and written English. Able to create and innovative ideas.
