Description:
  1. Researching opportunities to identify new projects and potential enhancements.
  2. Leading sports facilities development and enhancement Initiatives including optimizing capacities.
  3. Leading and managing sports personnel development programs (staff, athletes and parents).
  4. Defining new club’s prerequisites and following up on them. 
  5. Researching, leading, developing and implementing new sports development initiatives.
  6. Researching, leading, developing and implementing new sports and sports in new clubs.
  7. Participating in the budget planning for the sports development projects responsible for. 
  8. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  9. Enhancing sports development related information collection.
  10. Researching the needs of all sports and find solutions.
  11. Researching and promoting internally and externally new initiatives.
  12. Checking venues and managing sports development events.
  13. Responsible for all Sports Applications & Technology workflow.
  14. Ensure that all assigned sports projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
  15. Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  16. Participating in the budget planning for the sports development project responsible for. 
  17. Responsible for the audit of Sports Software Systems
Qualifications:
  1. Equivalent Bachelor’s Degree.
  2. Minimum 6-8 years’ experience in Business, Facilities and/or Personnel development.
  3. Sports Background Preferable.
  4. Strong sports knowledge.
  5. Software Technical knowledge.
