| Description: | 1. Administer, develop, enhance, upgrade, manage, and support the OSB/ Redhat 3scale API GW or any other API GW modules to ensure business continuity and smooth operations. 2. Primary point of contact for all integration activities required by various product specialists with requirement gathering, testing, functionality, application, and new features developed. 3. Documentation of all works, getting related approval documents signed and stored for all requests generated by business users needs for enhancements in an appropriate and professional manner. 4. Ensure appropriate System Backup is done before any changes are made, prepare incident reports for records and back check for all lessons learnt and issues faced. Be aware of Recovery plans and put them in use on requirement. 5. Conduct User Acceptance Tests, maintain UAT related test cases, develop various reports as part of management reporting and business requirements |
