Job Description: Run and supervise any of the assigned kitchen section within the required standards set by the Head Chef.              Ensure all preparation of the designated section is complete and ready for each service   Ensure good stock and proper waste control is practiced all throughout the kitchen  Take responsibility for the quality control of stock  Pay high attention to detail and quality of all outgoing cooked food from kitchen
