Managing customer relations, following up on the unified number and customer needs, and writing reports about application or branch defects for improvement and development. Operation and support in the implementation of the company’s digital marketing plan from publishing, scheduling, and following up on publications. Work to bring opportunities to participate in events and festivals. Participation in the establishment and implementation of customer service policy.
