Description:	TEACHING & LEARNING SUPPORT DIRECTOR Position Title:             Teaching & Learning Support DirectorEmployment Type:     Full Time Salary:                        up to 55K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location:            Dubai, UAE About the Client: An independent federal entity responsible of enhancing the efficiency of the UAE’s public education sector Job Description: Work closely with the Entity HQ to regularly coordinate and understand curriculum defined and developed for early childhood, numeracy, literacy, science, vocational and continuous learning across KG-C3 cycles Work closely with Schools to monitor existing learning resources and identify potential digital and non-digital resources required to further enhance curriculum delivery, assessment delivery and professional development delivery Ensure continuous pedagogical, learning delivery and assessment design support is provided to Teachers to further enhance curriculum delivery and enhance overall learning outcomes in coordination with Entity HQ Contribute to the design of tailored supporting material to enhance the overall classroom teaching across subjects, cycles and streams Identify formal and informal methods to develop the current Teachers and School Leadership based on the learning objectives (e.g. workshops, classroom training, qualification programs, observational visits, teacher networks, mentoring)
Qualifications:	Open for UAE / Arabic nationals 50 years old and below 12 years of work experience in the same role Immediate joiners will be prioritized
