Description:
  • Prepares purchase orders by verifying specifications and price.
  • Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries ,services with suppliers, and shipments details /shipping documents.
  • Choose the best providers with the best quality and price.
  • Obtaining approval from requisitioning department.
  • Following a strict budget and keeping records of all the transactions
  • Obtains purchased items by forwarding orders to suppliers.
  • Monitoring and expediting orders, and Following up the shipping docs from banks and arranging them to be sent to the clearance person.
  • Following up the shipment until it reaches its destination.
  • flexible with the outdoor missions as it’s 50% of the work.
Qualifications:
  • Males Only and flexible with outdoor missions .
  • Zayed , 6th of October , Haram or Mohandeseen residents Only .
  • Up to 32 years Max.
  • SAP users are preferable.
  • Car License is a Must .
  • Very Good in English .
  • Negotiation Skills .
  • Ability to represent .
  • Presentable .
  • Active and ongoing person.
Salary:5900 to 6000
