Artwork Manager

1.            Creates the best idea for representing a concept visually.

2.            Decides on which photographs, art, or other design elements to be used.

3.            Develops the overall look or style of a publication, an advertising campaign, product line.

4.            Delegates projects (advertisements, product brochures, Printing materials…..etc)  to our in-house team of designers with providing guidelines & follow-up on the execution.

5.            Reviews and approves designs, artwork, photography, and graphics developed by other staff members.

6.            Communicates with senior management to develop an aesthetic and brand that reflects the company’s core values and ideals.

7.            Works closely with the different department for creating and executing any artistic materials. 

8.            Selects any printing house for execution of our artwork and making all the necessary follow-up on the recommended quality & the execution to be done within the time frame agreed upon.

9.            Works as the company representative in approving all the printed materials from local & foreign suppliers

10.          Plans & prioritizes all the work duties & make sure that all the department members are working according to it.

11           Coaches & directs the subordinates to achieve the department goals

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree Preferable faculty of fine arts / applied arts.

Computer Skills : Internet, Windows OS, Mac OS, Office Microsoft, Adobe illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign 

5 – 7 years’ experience in the same field

Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
