Description:	Strategy Formulation Contribute to the development of Department’s strategic objectives & KPIs in line with Company’s overall approved strategy and direct manager to achieve primary goals, set up action plans, ensure proper implementation to deliver these objectives efficiently & set individual objectives where applicable. Monitor & control the implementations of the strategies & actions plans, aim at achieving the operating results of the Department and ensure that appropriate measures are in place to achieve targeted objectives, reduce risk, make accurate decisions and correct unsatisfactory results. Budget & Cost Control Contribute to the development of the Department annual budget and ensure all employees within the Department are working within the assigned budget by setting the required targets and responsibilities. Monitor and control the Department’s expenditures against the approved budget and reconcile budget variances to ensure on-target performance against budgets. Policies & Processes Contribute to the development of the Department’s Policies & Processes in line with Company standards, laws, and regulations and ensure proper implementation of the same. Warehouse Activities Direct and control the use of the warehouse to ensure the maximum use of available space and a safe, efficient and profitable operation which meets business needs. Manage Warehouse activities including safe receipt of incoming goods, storage, issuance and timely dispatch of goods and ensure proper recording of all warehouse data into the System. Manage the annual inventory planning techniques and review the physical inventory records on timely basis including medical & pharma supplies and equipment, stationary and gifts, and other materials to ensure continuity of operations. Ensure avoid of materials and supplies shortage through reviewing reports on materials availability and purchase orders status of all required materials. Conduct regular inspections on the warehouse/ stores. Oversee implementation of security procedures and protocols. Identify forecasted requirements for warehouse/ stores such as increases in inventory levels, warehouse/ stores expansion, increases in the number of manpower required. Perform periodic inventory checks every three months in coordination with the Finance Division. Ensure maintenance of accurate records for all stored materials, and the safe, secure and orderly upkeep of warehouse. Review Inventory reports prepared by Storekeepers including IN/OUT status report, dead stock report, inventory age report and inventory discrepancy report. Review reports of slow moving items, items not being used or expired in order to recommend and authorize the appropriate set of actions to be implemented. Oversee stores staff reallocation across business units and make necessary arrangement. Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager.
Qualifications:	Professional Certification in Supply Chain such as CSCP – Certified Supply Chain Professional. Proficient in English and Arabic. Review and present reports on budget activity, including identification of potential problems and recommendations for corrective action, forecasts trends and make recommendations. Generate and submit financial reports. Communication and motivation. Forward planning and strategic thinking. Problem solving and decision-making.
