Description:	Serve as the interface between the company (stakeholders) and customers. Responsible for all related after-sales process till order invoice is issued. Responsible for ensuring that customers’ orders are fulfilled in a timely and satisfactory manner. Support sales effort respond to customer’s orders related inquiries and problems via phone and/or email. Process orders, track, coordinate with other departments/stakeholders and may expedite delivery. Called upon to help other departments improve their operations to better serve our customers.
