Job Title:	Cost Control Accountant – Food & Beverage

Description:	Control of food and beverage outlets in terms of waste, theft and efficiency. Effective control over the cost of food and beverages. Responsible for updating recipes in the systems. Check and confirm any promotional discounts. Verify all adjustments made on the POS system. Check the list prices and update them on the POS systems and ensure that the correct prices are loaded. Responsible for preparing monthly and daily reports on food and beverages and distributing them to the management. Preparing daily and monthly cost reports regarding cost of sales. Check with the receiving department immediately to ensure the correctness of the scales and checking the goods to ensure their quality. Verify and ensure that no materials are issued from the store without the request or approval of the concerned department head. Coordinate with the management and financing of restaurants to sort out issues related to food and beverages. Maintain the security of information maintained by the department
Qualifications:	A Degree in Accounting. Experience in Food& Beverage IS A MUST. Good verbal and written communication skills. Good analytics and reporting skills. Experience with Accounting System, POS Systems and cost and inventory systems. Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment. Have a high-level attention to detail. Ability to work independently and to partner with others to promote an environment of teamwork.
