Description:
  • Establish the networking environment by designing system configuration, directing system installation and defining, documenting and enforcing system standards
  • Design and implement new solutions and improve resilience of the current environment
  • Maximize network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems and outages, scheduling upgrades and collaborating with network architects on network optimization
  • Secure network systems by establishing and enforcing policies, and defining and monitoring access
  • Support and administer firewall environments in line with IT security policy
  • Upgrade data network equipment to the latest stable firmware releases
  • Configure routing and switching equipment.
  • Provide remote support to end users.
  • Provide remote troubleshooting and fault finding.
  • Configuring, Maintaining and administering computer networks.
  • Performing disaster recovery operations and data backups when required.
  • Protecting data, software, and hardware by coordinating, planning and implementing network security measures.
  • Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and other network systems.
  • Maintaining, configuring, and monitoring virus protection software and email applications.
  • Monitoring network performance to ensure its optimization.
  • Insure all branches DVR , Camera , Fingerprint , access control , VoIP and local central , landlines and 4G mobile network are functional
  • Collaborate with other teams to develop automation strategies and its deployment processes
  • Apply best practices on managing systems and services across all environments
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors of computer science or equivalent
  • Certified CCNA
  • Certified CCNP routing & switching
  • Excellent firewalls knowledge (Sophos, fortigate, .etc.)
  • Excellent knowledge in security cameras , time attendance machines and access control
  • Excellent knowledge in cabling, fiber optic fusion and rack installation
  • Excellent at hardware and software knowledge
  • Good knowledge of VoIP solutions
