Description:
  •  Support the product development for the retrofitting/ETO products in fast track process from development stage to testing stage. 
  •  Support the creation of releasing documents such as BOM, technical data sheet and MI.
  •   Support the Prototyping activities especially for the samples required in fast track process. 
  •  Create or update the SOPs of the current and running products to support the improvement of production processes.
  •   Create the SOPs of the new products at the validation development stage during preparing the Pre-Production sample to launch the product to market.
  •   Support Review both of the development process and final product to validate the product specs and conditions.
  •   Working under management of R&D Director and closely together with production team to support the following activities: –
  •  Costs Reduction by eliminating wasted time and improving process flow.
  •  – The ERB system by recording the routings with full information related to the production and assembly operation. 
  • – Creating machine’s part numbers earthier for the current or new machines. 
  • – Research for the new equipment or machinery to support the production and assembly operations
Qualifications:
  • We are looking for talent that is highly organized, great at multi-tasking, a quick learner, and has a passion to work as Process Development Engineer with max three years experience in the development of lighting fixtures, prototyping and industrial activities.
  •  A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical or equivalent) is preferred.
  •  The following key skills will bring the success to the role: 
  •  Great Knowledge of lighting fixtures. 
  •  Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  •   Very good in CAD systems especially in AutoCad 2D/3D and Autodesk Inventor.
  •   Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to management. 
  •  Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. 
  •  Excellent in prioritization and problem-solving. 
  •  Excellent in organization and planning. 
  •  Excellent communication skills.  
  • Very good in English language
