Description:	BIM modelling and CAD drafting support Assists senior staff in preparation of design development drawings. Assists in preparation of layout and draws preliminary sketches of project to present to client. Assists in compiling data for architectural plans, specifications. Assists in preparation of scale drawing of details required for contract drawing. Personally verify the correctness and absolute accuracy of own work prior to review by the Team Leader Architect Provide prompt and accurate progress status reports on a regular and consistent basis to supervisor and project team members Update drawings from mark ups Utilizes CAD and Revit skills to build floor plans, perimeters, elevations and presentations as needed Assist the BIM Lead with creating Revit families, maintaining existing templates, creating new Portfolio templates and working with type catalogs Be a champion in the advancement of BIM
Qualifications:	Accredited Bachelors or Masters in Architecture Revit experience, AutoCAD Must have strong drafting skills and an understanding of 3D modeling as well as strong plan reading skills A background in the construction and/or commercial interior design industry is preferred
