  • Provide extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests and treat them like VIPs
  • Lead a large team for day-to-day operations of the restaurant (will be the team lead of all FOHs – about 15 staff per shift)
  • Ensure the Outlet is set-up for service and supervise for a smooth operation 
  • Direct and supervise the service team to ensure that all duties are performed as per standards
  • Ensure that all employees have received adequate training to perform their duties  

Qualifications:
  • Open to Eastern European and South African nationals
  • Male, 40 years old and below
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a similar role in casual dining restaurant
  • Immediately joiners will be prioritized
