Description:	Responsible for all aspects of development and support for internally created or supported application software including: the development methodologies, technologies (language, databases and support tools), development and testing hardware/software environments, and management of the application development staff and project workload for the team.Key Accountabilities Work with stakeholders to define a prioritized set of business outcomes and application work to accomplish those outcomes within the limitations of the application budget. Identify, create and define the application requirements. Define data structures and application solutions. Define application solutions appropriate to customer requirements. Design and build prototypes and designs. Develop and deploy solutions like test plans and application guides. Design and develop complex application systems using advanced technology platforms. Manage websites for high search engine rankings. Participate and assist in application architecture functions.Key Success Factors Effective mapping of company needs and user requirements. App speed control. Effective App functionality. Education:· Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Computer Science or similar; relevant certification preferred. Experience Minimum 10 years of Application Development, Database Design and Analysis Experience. Experience in software design/development, mobile applications, application architecture, project management, software as a service (SaaS), software integration, automated software testing, data management/governance, business intelligence, and security and process analysis. Instructional experience in a group business setting preferred
