Description:	Preparing project schedules according to measurements and drawings (pricing schedule & owner and consultant schedule, and follow-up schedules) and making sure that schedules are approved by the concerned authorities Prepare a Cash Flow plan (Cash Out, invoices, Indirect) Preparing an update of the projects position (in time and financially) on a bi-monthly basis. The report on the obstacles and the extent of its validity. Prepare a position for the reasons for not achieving the cash In target every three months. Sending the monthly reports to the owner at the specified time and in the agreed upon form. Follow up on new items starting from their request, financial and technical approval, and review the status of their implementation Preparing a recovery plan in case the project is delayed for more than 45 days or the Executive Director requested Preparing the time-effect of Claims file for projects if required 10. Preparing the monthly report of the Chairman of the Board of Directors
Qualifications:	Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil) Experiences • From 10 to 15 years of experience in the same field of work
Salary:	20000 to 25000
