Description:

We are looking for well organized and experienced branch manager for Software company ,responsible for managing development team in terms of monitoring their performance, attitude and adherence  . Handling branch budgeting and report expenses.

  • Follow up development team to assure implementation of Software development plan
  • Hiring and training software developers on the team
  • Handling team conflicts and liaison teamworking
  • Facilitate remote communication with KSA company branch team
  • Handle branch budget and expenses
  • Creating and maintaining a healthy workplace environment
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality solutions against aggressive roadmaps. 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree in Computer science or related field is a must
  • +5 years in managing software development teams
  • Master in Business Administration will be add value 
  • PMP certification will be preferred
  • Very Good English language
  • Very Good communication Skills
  • Leadership Skills
  • Problem Solving Skills
