Warehouse Senior Specialist

Job Purpose

Maintain communication between Etisalat and outsourcing logistics companies in order to ensure all warehouse logistics activities are carried out on time efficiently and aligned with company policies and procedures.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain stock levels and take necessary actions if any deviations occur to ensure products availability.
• Monitor product transfer from one sub- warehouse to another to ensure all products are properly moved without any loss or damage.
• Select the Below Line Items (BTL) to send it to the outsourcing logistics companies on time to distribute them on retails. Prepare all ad-hoc reports requested by concerned departments for any business need or on frequent basis.
• Monitor Storekeepers work at the corporate as well as the MISP warehouses to ensure all activities are implemented smoothly and provide them support when needed. C

QUALIFICATIONS_ESSENTIAL

Bachelor Degree in any discipline.

QUALIFICATIONS_DESIRABLE

Arab Academy graduate from major: Logistic and Supply Chain Management

EXPERIENCE_ESSENTIAL

3 – 5 years of experience in warehouse or any related field.

EXPERIENCE_DESIRABLE

Has previous experience at using Oracle.
