  • Prepare parts for thermal spray coatings (mechanical masking, job set up)
  • Ensure thermal spray coating is applied (to the correct part features) by interpreting and following process sheets / route card / parameter sheet
  • Utilize dedicated equipment, lathe, turntables, fixtures for securing the components prior to coating, precision measuring instruments micrometers, vernier calipers, coating thickness gauge, infrared thermometer
  • Ensure the filling in of important documentation such as route sheets, time sheets, powder sheets
