Description:	Position RequirementsThe Service Sales Manager, HVAC – Aftermarket will be directly reporting to the Aftermarket Manager – Egypt, This role is based in Cairo to lead and drive Service Sales teams which are responsible for generating business through AMC contracts, L&M jobs, and spare parts sales for the HVAC Aftermarket division in Egypt, and you will Focus on identifying new business opportunities along with managing and developing Service Sales teams and support them in generating new sales opportunities and enhancing relations with customers to deliver aftermarket division goals in the Egyptian market Concentrate on converting our current installation base business in Aftermarket, increasing our market share with new business customers in the country. Set strategic goals and plans for the Aftermarket Sales teams aligned with business objectives Lead sales initiative to create sales strategies and proactively facilitate the sharing of insight (market, customer, industry) with the sales team to enable the delivery of business plans. Implement and maintain sales management best practices to set the standards for excellent sales performance How you will do itAs the Sales Manager, HVAC – Aftermarket, your experience and knowledge of the HVAC will be required to forecast and develop an annual sales plan, explore market opportunities, develop and implement strategies and processes to maximize margins while increasing market share, and you will Regularly evaluate the efficiency of business processes according to organizational objectives and apply improvements, also evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data and metrics Focus on growing our Equipment PSA and maintenance works business in Egypt, and develop long-term customer relationships and be self-motivated to drive your territory growth Lead by example, chase, qualify and close new sales opportunities by creating competitive, high-quality proposals and taking part in tendering and bidding process Demonstrate your expertise by differentiating Al Salem Johnson Controls, leveraging your deep market knowledge of our competitor’s strategies, products, and services Lead Aftermarket Sales teams, ensure the high-performance culture and maximize the performance by coaching, developing, and succession planning Bring out the best in each team member and produce future leaders for Al Salem Johnson Controls, build a climate that energizes team members, hire and retain talent Prepare and deliver clear expectations, performance reviews, and development plans for the team
