Candidates will be required to:
  • Manage import, export and local operations teams to improve organization processes and achieve SLT objectives. 
  • Set and achieve KPI for operations & traffic departments
  • Report and present updates, highlight achievements and risks to SLT in monthly trade review
  • Work with existing company departments to drive efficiency and synergies
  • Maintain client relationships by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new service opportunities for new & existing clients. 
  • Maintain quality of service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Drive profitability via introduction of supplier qualification and registration processes
  • Increase compliance with customer registration processes
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge in the Industry.
