Back-End Software Engineer (Typescript/Node) (REMOTE)

Aurora Tech is a leader in the blockchain gaming space. Our first project, EarnBet, was the most successful decentralized application launch of all time. We are searching for talented software developers to join our remote team and help us take our company to new heights. We are seeking a Back-End Typescript/Node developer who loves writing code that is clean, well-organized, and easy to understand.

We’re looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience and who is familiar with the following software/tools:

– Experience implementing object-oriented design patterns
– Experience utilizing TypeScript for node.js back-ends that interact with TypeScript (JavaScript)
– Hands-on experience working with relational database design using MySQL
– Strong DevOps focus and experience building and deploying infrastructure
– Experience with test-driven development and automated testing frameworks
– Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies
– Capable of delivering on multiple competing priorities with little supervision
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills

– Experience with modern programming languages like Java, Python, etc
– Experience with building APIs and services using REST, SOAP, etc.
