Description:
  • Gathering data for making phone calls within targeted sectors, using manual and electronic guides and other sources of information.
  • Performing telemarketing activities over the phone with the aim of generating leads within target sectors.
  • Submitting the daily and monthly report to marketing manager
  • Using customer and prospect contact activities tools and systems, and updating relevant information contained in these systems.
  • Assisting the marketing department gathering customer’s feedback by satisfaction letters which helps in setting the Service Evaluations.
  • Carrying out pre-event activities. Inviting clients and prospects for seminars, exhibitions and client days.
Qualifications:
  • BS: in any of the following areas (Business Administration or related field).
  • Females only can apply.
  • Very good command of English both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience as Telemarketing is a plus.
