Description: Function:
  • Develop large contract ICV plan according to Qatar Petroleum Tawteen ICV Plan guidelines in a commercially competitive environment
  • Integrate the ICV plan using cost and time data from multiple sources across Siemens Energy organization, including Services teams, Long Term Plan teams, New Units teams, Field Service teams, Supply Chain and Human Resources across multiple countries
  • Evaluate and optimize alternative contract ICV plan strategies in an evidence-based methodical manner
  • Report to country and regional management

Responsibility:
  • Generate ICV plan accurately and on time whilst being cognizant of the commercial importance and competitive environment
  • The resulting ICV Plan will be an important contractual document and must comply with Siemens Energy compliance, accounting, and risk management policies.
  • Proactively develop ICV options and solutions.

Requirements
  • Excellent spoken, reading, and written English
  • Understanding of complex high-value contracts including costing, terms & conditions, competitive environment, risk mitigation
  • Knowledge of ICV program concepts
  • Strong understanding and application of guidelines, risk, auditing, and accounting principals
  • Knowledge and use of software such as SAP, Excel, and other software tools.
  • Knowledge of Siemens Energy commercial systems would be a benefit.
  • Basic knowledge of rotating equipment and services in the oil & gas world would be very beneficial
